Great hospitality experience
Had a really nice time here! The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond, especially Amir and Khan in the kitchen. Loved the omelets! The only bummer was the noise from the club nearby – kinda hard to sleep sometimes. But overall, the vibe was cool, and I enjoyed the in-room breakfast option a lot!

missingWrote a review on 10 Junspacious roomspectacular viewslow service
Had a spacious room with a spectacular view of the Burj Khalifa. The location was spot on for exploring the downtown buzz. A lovely spot for family vibes and big enough for all our luggage!
The service was a bit slow—felt like I was in a snail race at check-in! And the breakfast needed a serious menu makeover—variety is the spice of life, not a repeat menu.

I had an amazing time with my friends! The outdoor pool and health club were perfect for our group. We also enjoyed visiting the nearby bars for some nightlife fun, especially Cantina1810. Just a heads up, food prices can be a bit high, but the delicious options make it worth it!
We had some trouble with room upgrades that weren’t handled well, but overall it didn’t ruin our experience.

missingWrote a review on 18 Marprime locationdecent mealsold decor
The location is prime, with easy access to the metro, making it a breeze to navigate the city. The half-board meal deal offers decent food options, providing a solid bite to eat after a long day exploring.
The room had a musty smell with old, stained decor, notably a valance on the bed that could use an update. Basic amenities like fresh face towels were missing, and thinner than expected duvet left me feeling uncomfortably cold at night. The iron in the room was outdated, leaving stains on clothes despite multiple requests for a replacement. Major issues with cleanliness and maintenance, such as old furniture and the lack of toiletries in the bathroom, stood out and detracted from what could be a more enjoyable stay.
